Return & Exchange Policy — electric Boutique

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

You may return or request an exchange within 10 days from the date you receive your order. 

After 10 days, we may be unable to honor a return, refund or exchange.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With tags attached

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color, depending on availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, you may receive store credit or a refund (your choice).

DAMAGED or WRONG ITEMS

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

- Contact us within 48 hours

- Send photos of the issue

- We’ll replace it or refund you at no cost

STORE CREDIT

Store credit will be given for all exchanges

Store credit does not expire
